Victory Brewing Company established by Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski (boyhood friends for life) has achieved remarkable success and notoriety since opening Victory Brewing Company in 1996. Their restaurant is approximately 14,000 square feet comprised of four distinctively different seating areas. This very successful nationally known brewery authorized the expansion of their restaurant from a previous 138-seat restaurant to a current 380-seat restaurant within the historic Pepperidge Farm Bakery Building (built in the 1940’s). Sales have increased dramatically upon re-opening and these higher sales have been sustained. Their food offerings pair appropriately with their famous ales and beers.
